Storage and routing
Enquiries are stored in a private server-side CRM database and are available only through authenticated administrator access. A configured enquiry integration can also deliver the information to the business’s chosen service. The business must disclose its selected service providers and recipients before public launch.
Sharing information
Information is used to respond to your request and coordinate the services you seek. Relevant details may be shared with authorised parties involved in that process, with appropriate permissions or where disclosure is legally required. A transaction may require identity and documentation checks; this service does not promise anonymity. The business must confirm its recipients, service providers and final operating policy before launch.
Retention
The CRM defaults to a 30-day retention period from receipt, configurable by the server operator. Expired enquiries and their notes and activity are removed when the CRM is accessed or a new enquiry arrives. No scheduled deletion service is configured. The business must confirm its retention period, legacy backups and operating deletion process before accepting public enquiries.
Cookies and analytics
This version includes no advertising, analytics or marketing cookies. An essential administrator session cookie supports private CRM sign-in and expires after eight hours. Fonts and website images are served with the website. Any future analytics or third-party integrations require a review of this notice and the appropriate controls.
